Student Services and Support Programs - 7-12

In this section you will find information about Student Services provided by the College.


The following staff are located in 7-12 Student Services Administration:

  • Community Education Counsellor (CEC)

    The Community Education Counsellor (CEC) works with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander students and families, ensuring that the educational, social, emotional and cultural needs of students are met. Contact: cec@bentleyparkcollege.eq.edu.au

  • Community Liaison Officer (CLO)

    The Community Liaison Officer supports students and families in 7-12 ensuring that the educational, social, emotional and cultural needs of students are met with extra assistance to our Pasifika families. Contact: clo@bentleyparkcollege.eq.edu.au

  • Engagement Officer (EO)

    The Engagement Officer (EO) works to improve attendance by helping students to get to class on time. They are also the person to contact should you have difficulty in getting your child to school. Contact: eo@bentleyparkcollege.eq.edu.au

  • Guidance Officer (GO)

    The Guidance Officer (GO) supports students by providing guidance and counselling to students and their families. Contact: 7-12go@bentleyparkcollege.eq.edu.au

  • Heads of Department (HOD) - Junior Secondary and Senior Secondary

    The Heads of Department (HOD) Junior Secondary and Senior Secondary ensure the effective delivery of student support services across the College. They also look after subject changes, rewards activities and student well-being.

  • School Chaplain

    Chaplaincy services provide spiritual, ethical, and personal support to school communities. The Chaplain is available Tuesdays and Thursdays. Contact: chaplain@bentleyparkcollege.eq.edu.au

  • School-Based Youth Health Nurse (SBYHN)

    The School-Based Youth Health Nurse (SBYHN) addresses concerns or problems about health and wellbeing. Contact: sbyn@bentleyparkcollege.eq.edu.au

  • The School-Based Police Officer (SBPO)

    The School-based Police Officer provides support and advice relating to behaviour incidents. They educate students on identified issues in LFL lessons and address the general well-being of students. Contact: sbpo@bentleyparkcollege.eq.edu.au

  • Youth Support Coordinator (YSC)

    The Youth Support Coordinator (YSC) supports students who are at risk of disengaging from the senior phase of learning by providing support and information. Contact: ysc@bentleyparkcollege.eq.edu.au
