A Bentley Original is a student who attended Bentley Park College from Preschool, Prep or Year 1 until their Year 12 Graduation.

Students who began Preschool in 1998, or Year 1 in 1999, and graduated in 2009, were the first students who had the opportunity to attend Bentley Park College for their complete Primary and Secondary education, making them what we now call Bentley Originals.

However, the Bentley Originals concept was not introduced until the next year when a group of Year 11 students working on the yearbook coined the term. The 2012 Bentley Originals became the first to revisit the Primary Sector (then called the Junior School) with their Year Coordinator for a nostalgic photo tour, catching up with former teachers and returning to the playgrounds and classrooms of their childhood.

The annual Bentley Originals photo tour has become College tradition and features in the yearbook every year, with these students proud to call themselves a 'Bentley Original'.
