Sports Gold
Students from Years 5 to 12 who have been selected in a State or National school sporting team, or who have been selected in a State or National team conducted by the official State or National Association, or have been selected as a shadow.
Sports Silver
Students from Years 5 to 12 who have been selected in a Peninsula school sporting team, or have been selected as a shadow.
Sports Bronze (presented at BPC Sports Presentation Night)
Students from Years 5 to 12 who have been selected in a Trinity Coast South (TCS) school sporting team.
Sports Special Awards
Sportspersons of the Year
- Primary: a male and a female student who has extremely high sports involvement and representation both in and out of school.
Junior Secondary: a male or female student who has demonstrated a very high level of sporting achievement, has displayed leadership, fair play and sporting behaviour on and off the field, and has encouraged and elevated sport within the College.
Mr Jeff Pezzutti Memorial Sportsperson of the Year: A Senior Secondary male or female student who has demonstrated a very high level of sporting achievement, has displayed leadership, fair play and sporting behaviour on and off the field, and has encouraged and elevated sport within the College.
The Secondary awards are determined by a panel – the Director of Sport, the Sports Coordinator, the Head of Department HPE and at least one member of the College Leadership Team.
Olympic Change-maker Awards
Recognises and rewards students who are demonstrating the Olympic Spirit through leadership and driving positive change in their communities.
