The Heads of Department, Junior Secondary (Years 7 to 9) and Senior Secondary (Years 10 to 12):
- ensure the effective delivery of student support services across the College by managing the referrals process and coordinating student support services staff
- take a lead role in the implementation of Positive Behaviour for Learning (PBL)
- monitor student attendance data, arrange intervention for individual students and plan and implement attendance improvement strategies
- case manage students with significant individual needs
- organise support for students from external agencies.
